Mike Dennis, CEO of Catalyst Development Group. He has over 25 years in the construction and development industry. Before starting Catalyst, Mike spent 15 years as a journeyman electrician overseeing a group of electricians for a private company, and over half of those years being a lead electrician for Oregon Department of Transportation. Mike then joined the largest privately held drive thru coffee brand, Dutch Bros Coffee as VP of Development for 10 years where he developed locations from dirt to Dutch for 100+ stands starting from acquiring the land, and overseeing the development to the finished product. He has extensive experience in identifying, acquiring, and constructing retail projects. Mike is known for his integrity, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Kyle Cooper has been developing real estate and start up companies for the past 20 years.

Kyle grew up in the construction field where he learned from his father how to build homes from start to finish. His family taught and showed him that anything is possible if you work hard, believe in yourself and those around you. It was then that Kyle fell in love with business and gained the entrepreneurial mentality.

After 7 years in the fire service, Kyle went back to his first love of business and started a family in Boise, Idaho. After arriving in Boise, Kyle dove into the residential real estate market buying, holding, and flipping properties. While building a residential portfolio, Kyle had the opportunity to help a restaurant franchisee grow his business across 6 states. Kyle worked with the franchisee from start to finish. He would work on the site selection, entitlement, construction management and opening.Since working with that franchisee he has had the opportunity to help many other Brands grow there business in multiple states with over 100 projects completed to date.

Kyle is married with 4 beautiful kids and enjoys spending time on the water both on a lake or in the mountains. He also enjoys playing soccer, ultimate frisbee, cycling and traveling. Service has always been deeply integrated into who Kyle is. He is involved in serving in his local church and community.
